These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cheats Pro mobile application and the website cheatspro.app (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Indie Developer Luck ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cheats Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Cheats Pro is a reference application that provides cheat codes for Grand Theft Auto (GTA) video games. The app is intended as a companion tool for personal, non-commercial use. Cheats Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any GTA franchise rights holders.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app or its content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

5. Intellectual Property

The Cheats Pro app, including its design, code, graphics, and original content, is owned by Indie Developer Luck and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. GTA, Grand Theft Auto, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Cheats Pro uses these names solely for informational reference purposes.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Cheats Pro offers optional in-app subscriptions for premium features. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to each platform's terms and policies.

  • Subscription pricing is displayed in the app before purchase
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
  • Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google, per their respective refund policies

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • All cheat codes will work on all game versions or platforms
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Defects in the Service will be corrected

Cheat codes are provided for reference only. Game developers may patch or remove cheat code functionality in updates. We are not responsible for changes made by game developers that affect cheat code availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indie Developer Luck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as app stores, Discord, or social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
